Ever since I started playing last fall, there have been several stretches where the servers are down all together, periodic disconnections for no reason, and days where the game just doesn't want to work properly at all. This has been an ongoing problem for as long as I started playing which isn't a very long time. This kind of service is absolutely unacceptable if you are charging people to play. I recently resubscribed to premium service, and after today's down time and slow server response I feel as though I have been cheated. Charging $6 a month for a service that is unreliable is deceitful and wrong. Countless games have been ruined, (including duels and clan wars where it really counts) because of your server incompitance. If possible I would like my refund back for this month; if this is the quality of service you provide to paying customers then I may as well play without premium, or just find a new hobby all together. I know I share my frustration with others, and it's about time the players speak up. Fix your game, or expect to lose some premium players.

Stop.. Just cause it goes down for an hour you don't have to do this.. Go give your eyes a rest, maybe read a book or something until servers come back up. Be thankful that they actually keep the servers up.

I am a customer. I expect the service I pay for to work properly when I want to use it. I shouldn't have to base my game play around the times that the servers aren't lagging or aren't down. If they can't operate their game with a functional server then they shouldn't charge people to play. Don't rush to the defence of the programmers and operators just because you've played the game for a while; a paid service is a paid service and if their incompetence can't keep it running, don't charge people to play. If this happened on xbox, or playstation or steam, there would be uproar, but no not here. People here just accept the crummy service, and they will continue to receive crummy service until they say enough is enough. Until these servers are fixed, I for one will not be renewing my subscription at the end of the month. If you want to continue to pour your money into a poorly managed, low functioning game be my guest. But after 5 months of crummy service at $6 a month, I've had enough.

You keep going on about how the devs charge for this game. THIS GAME IS FREE TO PLAY. If you knew that the game had server issues and didn't want to play a game like that, then why do you continue paying for premium? You can play without it. The server issues are annoying, but it has improved greatly lately.

It amazes me how people run to the defence of crummy service for something they pay for. The game developers have truly done a great job ensuring player loyalty. No wonder they don't care about their service quality, you'd follow them anywhere like sheep.

I understand that. That's why I am not going to renew my subscription. I may play from time to time without premium benefits , but it's not worth my dollar to pay for something as unreliable as these servers.

The admins are doing everything they can to resolve the issues with the servers. Realize that some problems are unavoidable and relax.
