Anyone recruiting rank 5s?

I just got promoted to rank 5 which is, as you all know, the point where you can't play beginner and have to play in the main lobby. This has left me exposed to many high ranks (usually 7s-10s). They overpower me a lot due to a bigger base of knowledge so I was wondering if anyone was recruiting newbies like me and looking to train them? My main strategy is Sky Menace and I play on World Maps a lot.
