Since this unit is totally ignored it could use a bit of a change. I'm thinking it acts like a general in that it gives +1 defence against bombers and stealths (and helis I guess) to all units in the stack. Multiple anti-aircraft do not stack this effect, it is capped at +1 per unit. It also has 0 movement so it represents a physical structure within a city rather than a unit (Pretty much to stop the AA being moved around as part of a megastack of units). I'm wondering whether units can be created that represent fixed physical objects (like buildings etc.) that cannot be moved via. any transport and simply act as buffs for that city (like Officers and Admirals, but for Cities). It would open up a whole new world of strategy if you had to plan and invest in your empires infrastructure as well. Anyway, discuss.

Thats why players use them in small numbers like 6-10 then just spam infantry.
