I've never figured out what to do with that guy... and Moldova MUST be walled; it's a critical part of the expansion

I meant you walled that 3 starting reinf Ukraine city

I had 3 inf left over , didn't want to air trans (it's a possibility tho), so I decided why not and walled it

Use those 3 to wall Kiev, use Kiev to wall Moldova along with Lviv. You get an extra 3 infs in Moldova.
