How can we find the players who made the premium maps?

I got a few guys who join multiple games and leave turn 1 how can i either get them banned or contact the person who made the map and ask them to ban them. In all seriousness we need a way to submit these trolls who ruin the game for everyone and ban those accounts so they have to keep remaking profile and earning the rank to play it again. You can either ban them directly from your hosted games or find the map maker in the map section, where the map information is displayed, who can ban him from the map itself by handing him proofs of the wrongdoing (screenshots)
