Is it possible to not make colors look like glowing sh*t

Every time I look at HTML scenario colours it makes my eyes bleed. Is it possible to have those readymade colour palettes that we had in SL along with the custom colours?
Or is it possible to just not make the colours look bright as fuck?

You can edit the alpha of the colors, I use 0.40 Alpha - that should be enough to make them transparent
