Please Add New Language

We have l33t speak and English but we should also add pirate speak. This is a very important update that atwar has been needing for a long time. It will boost player retention dramatically and bring in tons of new players when they tell their friends about how we speak pirate.

"Game" should be replaced with "Tussle", map should be replaced with "Atlas", etc etc
