Add Player Page Feature

The suggestion is to create a tab on a players profile page where they can then customise in the same form as a coalition leader can edit a clan page. I think this has been suggested before, however admins didn't want to offer full customisation to profile pages as they think it would ruin the look of the website. This suggestion I believe would be an appropriate balance.

Benefits:
-- Allows players to record memorable moments from atWar
-- Players can communicate various subjects without the need to use the forum
-- A further feature for premium players
-- Players may be able to interact via this platform - leave posts etc.
-- Would Make integration with social media platforms more accessible

Disadvantages:
-- May disengage players from the game
-- Open to potential abuse/trolling - would require moderation & report functions
