5th Space Strategy

This strategy is inspired by the show 第五空间 or in English, Fighting 5th Space, which is a show about Chinese military training to rule the "5th Space". What is this "5th Space", you may ask? It is the 5th zone of the battlefield from 399m to the ground. The 5th Space contains helicopters and ground units. To rule this "5th Space" they train elite helicopter pilots and anti-air infantry. Other places in which this 5th Space has been effective are places like the middle east.

Now here is my theory of the "5th Space" strategy:
+1 atk +1 def -50 cost Helicopters
+2 atk -1 range +10 cost Infantry
+2 capacity -2 range Air Transport

+50 cost to all Naval units
+10 cost Tanks
+20 cost Marines

Why Support this Strategy?
-Helicopters are not very effective.
-This is a balanced strategy considering that infantry and helicopters are already slow.
-Helicopters are effective against infantry.
