Hold Start of Game

I searched the forums for an answer but couldn't find one.

I'd swear that when I started a previous game there was a way to hold or delay the start of the game. But unfortunately I cannot find it now.

Does this really exist? And if so where is it?

It's still there, You can't find it because:

You'r not the Game host.

or

Its underneath all the players list, in the queue menu, I can't take a Screenshot atm, if someone is willing to do so then please do

I'm definitely the host. Could it be because I'm the only one in the game? I'm trying to start a game and then put it on hold until I can fill it up.

So do I have to sit idle in the lobby until someone else joins my game? Hmmm. Seems odd.
