I wouldn't really call this a bug. It's just kind of ugly and looks like it shouldn't be there.
It appears to be a facebook link.

Just press Ctrl+F5 and it should be fine. Ctrl+F5 reloads the page without using any assets in the cache, and it generates a new cache for the page. All browsers misload things at times.

I'm saying this because it's definitely not an extension or the hosts file interfering because Ghostery didn't block the image from coming up.

Actually, I take back what I said. Every new computer I seem to go on has this error and needs to be checked.
