I mean, when begin and end my first turn? Example: i wall my capital with 3 militia. It takes 3 moves. than i wall another city and it takes other 3 moves. Than i hit "save". My question is: my first turn was the walls in my 2 cities or just the move of my first militia when i walled the city? I dunno if this is clear...i hope someone can explain me this

All movements are prioritized according to the order of players actions meaning, your first action will move first. Cancelled moves don't count. This is for your stack. Meaning, if i move 1unit out my city is my first move, and another unit out of a other city at the same turn, that will also be my first move from there. So moving your units at the beginning or in the end of your turn doesn't matter. If you split the stack by walling, then your first split out of the group will still be the first move (the same if i move out 10units out a city, and then move 5north and 5 south, then the 5north are my first move and the 5south my second move, not my second and third move). In your example: The move from your 3 units out of the capital, is your first move. The first unit you will move out of the stack to create a wall, will still count as the first move and the second unit that you move out, will count as the second move. So, walling a city will cost you 2moves. In your second city, you use a different stack, so it will start at move 1 again. I hope you can understand me If not, try to get some information from this link
