How can a lone bomber, capture a city? Other games disallow it, and a bomber crew cannot hold down a city at all. Can you disallow that?

Bombers can't capture cities, you need to have an infantry, tank, marine, milita, destroyer, to capture a city

stealths/submarines/transports/bombers/helicopters/sentries can't capture cities (i'm not sure about anti aircrafts, i've never tested it lol)

Despite what you said, I've been a victim of that. A bomber/s destroys my defending units, and then captures the city. The bomber/s have no other units with them.

did u check the battle results? Im sure there must have been a ground unit in the stack. Also, transports can capture cities as well.
