OPEN: Scenario defense line

So I recently noticed that if you put bombers or other types of units that normally do not make defense lines next to infantry via scenario event they will form a defense line. Not sure if this is a bug or not and it doesn't always happen but I've seen it happen enough that I am reporting it right now.
