Yep, and Godsbane always starts next to someone and wall f*cks them.

Same things happent to me godsbane take india (sm) invade euro ( me pd) with out problem when china was marksmight. First time i see so much collaboration on laterjoin. :-)

How about just kick him and his alts? Ban him from your games etc, no need to ban from game? Like this game has so many players already?

I support their banning, and their ranks be removed back to square one as an alternative to banning.


The person in question allies both his accounts in all games, especially the Game of Thrones map, where they choose strategic op nations (for example Valyria, which has dragons that need lots of funds, and then Ashai, that can provide funds for the ultra production of dragons, thus winning the game-). this is in Game of Thrones 50k map of course.


Measures must be taken,

I think banning from the game would be counterproductive because the Atwar community is small, I suggest to demote the player 2 ranks, and a bigger demotion if he continues his illegitimate practices(on probation).

Solutions:
1) What about a simple IP detection system. Two accounts from the same IP can not be in at the same the same game, would this not solve all these issues? Yes, VPN's are an issue, but those can be a hassle, which usually requires you to re-open your browser, and do not always work instantly. I understand that admins are busy. or simply taking a break which everyone deserves, so this can be added to a long to-do list or something since it's the best idea so far to stop alts from ruining games.

2) The easier one, as stated by Waffle. Make your own game(s) and always kick this player + add them to your ban list. Yes it can be a problem when joining other peoples games, so you frankly just have to live with it since there are many unfair players in atWar, but it is not against the rules - so a ban would not be fair either.

I understand neither are ideal solutions but they are the 2 best I can think off.

What if two people that are together want to play atwar?

Maybe check MAC IP's if that is the case. So a two tied system, remember this is just a proposition. It should be an option by the host to enable this code. Therefor players can still make their own games and exploit around this, at least it would protect your own games.

I shouldn't have to delete so many off-topic post on a serious topic. Further off-topic posts in general discussions will lead to forum bans.

Now back on topic, both accounts have received 3 days ban, and SP deductions as both accounts violate rule 1.3 about joining games with more than 1 account with the sole purpose of SP farming. Next time report incidents like this to moderators instead of making a forum post about it.
