Heres the idea:
Allow people to get notified via notifications when a turn is ready for casual games. Because i don't think most people check their e-mails (well i don't anyways..) and i think it will be an easier way for people to know when a new turn starts..
And if people don't want to recieve notifications about casual games perhaps a new settings? It shouldn't be that hard to implement.

Support. I probably would turn off the notifications anyways, but still could be useful for people that forget about their casual games.

This option has been raised before... there is already a one click option. (Click on the casual game lobby button from the main menu, look for little red stars.)
The issue with notifications is you still need to click the 'notification' button once to see the type of notification, so the above one click strategy remains more efficient.
Unless the feature has been disabled, you can re-enable email notification by selecting 'settings' => 'my settings' and make sure the 'disable email on turn ended' box is unchecked. (This can be done 'in game')
