Hey guys, I'm curious what a "serbwall" is. Some people in my game accused me of serbwalling. Upon invading an enemy's cap, I would destroy their wall, then form a second wall of militias on the opposite side. Is that an illegal move?

Depends on who you ask. Generally its when you destroy a wall and replace it with another wall in 1 turn.

Serbwalling is a move where you kill the opponents walls and place your own walls at the same time
the game thinks that the opponents walls are no longer there and forms your walls over the opponent's
its not illegal but it is a dirty move
