All countries with a border to the indian ocean as well as some in the vicinity are available in this scenario. Indian Ocean + is a work in progress.

Africa has been boosted to 150% income in all countries except sudan, South Africa, and Egypt, where in the former two places it has been boosted to 125% income. Egypt did not recieve an income boost.

India has been nerfed by 50%
