[FIXED] Issue with the search option in the forum

Expected behavior:
Opening of a search panel while I'm at the page of "who visited the topic".

Actual behavior:
The search panel doesn't open.

I click on the search option but it doesn't open up.

Information:
Browser: Chrome

Browser version: Chrome 70

OS: Windows 10
