I simply cannot stand them. Why does EVERY unit I make have to have 7 HP? If I'm trying to make cannon fodder, they honestly cannot have 7 HP. Is there any possible way this can be tinkered with? Maybe making, for example, HP have no minimum, yet have a maximum? I feel as though these parameters are unhelpful, and do not pose as a great alternative to crazy units, or at least, down them so that more customization can be made.

Unit role: Other. No limitations (almost).

If I were to design a unit specifically to be used as militia (or some other specific role), wouldn't this be impractical? I haven't yet determined how to set Militia-class units in cities, but I've been told that usually Defensive Role 2 is used for Militia, which would mean Other wouldn't work for this role? I'm just very confused with this, I feel as though a thought-bubble explaining what each unit role can accomplish would be splendid. Thanks for the "other" role, by the way, never noticed it, and it should work splendid for other things I have in store.

I added a HP margin of 4, so you can now tweak units HP slightly (+-4 HP)

I am really impressed with this game. You guys are on top of it. We have an issue and/or idea. You guys get it done. Thank you Ivan and Amok. Hard to find creators/mods people to do this =)

After some discussion, we decided not to allow changing HP for any unit role except for Role: Other and Role: Rare. This is only because we want to make things more consistent across all custom maps and be compatible with the current upgrades. Also, in 99% cases adding +1 to HP really means adding +1 to both attack and defence, and it's much easier to understand if you only have 2 stats to look at. So you can still tweak the units however you like, by changing the attack and defence stats. Or, if you're feeling adventurous, simply choose Role: Other or Role: Rare which lets you customize the unit stats without any limitations.

Will there be any way in the future to change the tag the unit is displayed as then, as to make it have an *official* look and placement, while remaining in other?
