Resetting upgrades - consequences

Hello,

If I am actively playing in several Casual games and I reset my upgrades for a new game, what will happen to the already active games? For example, let's say I no longer have one of the strategies or a few of the upgrades I am using in that previously active Casual game?

I can guess what would happen, but I'd rather be certain. So if you are certain of the answer, please share it.

I'm quite sure you will still be able to use your upgrades in that Casual game.
