Is SP farming against the rules? Would low level characters playing a private UN game with only 3 people be automatically taken as SP farming? If so, who do I report it to?

 Yes
No. Except if the 3 accounts are so called 'alt' accounts.
If you notice SP farming, its best to contact one of the moderators that are in the game. You do that with typing '/report message'. If there is no moderator online; your message will be stored and checked later. Also you can PM one of the mods, a list with the current mods is here!

Ok, I have done as suggested, and given their names. That way I figure it can be checked to see if these are alts or not. Thank you for a prompt and helpful response.

Why isn't going rogue in the first two turns of a UN game as a UN considered SP farming?

Cause going rogue as UN is not against any AW rules... except the shitty rules made exclusively for these shitty scenarios. UN games may be fun... but are skill-killers and ranking-up highways.

Felt SP farming isn't important for me as the parts of illegal .. because ranks are a very long time to rank next stage.
