wow you gave it back to bluecher2, he only duel requests low ranks and low elo players who he essentially grooms with compliments to accept his duel req. his methods make it impossible to take his elo on alts since he only offers the duel as soon as he has a clear advantage. doubt my word? there are 300 other witnesses on his duel list including me. Shame on you and the rest of the mod team for recognising his elo. this essentially makes a mockery of the 1v1 rating system.

I'm sorry for literally follow the rules.

We can discuss the prize itself and the elo system, but I don't see a reason for such statement, as clearly even Zone himself recognized he deserved the trophy after passing bluecher.

I know thats the argument, you are literally following the rules. technically he should have the trophy, but you would be hard pressed to find a player on aw who knowing bluecher2s methods would argue that he deserves it. I believe bluecher2 has been complained about before but its an issue that has been given up on since it appears the mods at least are only willing to recognise technicalities.

i have attempted many times in the past to convince bluecher2 to duel me. he outright ignores me. I created an alt account called animal control with the intention to join one of his 1v1s. the first game i joined i was showered with compliments, he told me i was brave and strong and how hardly anyone challenges him. I was pretty disgusted. For the first game i played the noob, the duel request came quickly and i let him take the win and asked for a rematch. In the second game i expanded stronger but not too strongly so the duel req would come. it didnt, not until a few turns later when it was clear he was advantaged did i get a req, and by then it was too late for me to reclaim the game.

his methods are pretty difficult to circumvent, and are detrimental to the spirit of good competition in the game. The 1v1 rating system is devalued by his presense at/near the top. it has been proposed that the duel request feature be removed. Since it is only being abused this should be done, and frankly his elo should be cut.

innate/the almighty should not get the trophy either since he acquired 100 of his elo from a bet with clovis. it should remain with zone.

EDIT: i should also add in response to your post, that zone has never explicitly acknowleged that bluecher deserves that trophy. but he probably feels it would be perhaps a little self indulgent to make this argument himself. Goblin also deserved that trophy for a while but didnt get it. So i shall make the argument.

Yea what the hell mods? ...1500+ duels won and all i got was this t-sh... not even a t-shirt fuuuuuuuu.

Ok now all jokes aside ...i asked for duel request to be removed like 2 years ago with no success and yes blucher devalued dueling making all of us chase some "imaginary" points.

My post above was a mockery of elo list ...Zone should hold the trophy or a reconstruction of elo system with more variables like rank should be included in the formula.

EDIT: yea just noticed ...free elo giving and "bets" make elo list fucked up aswell.
