Mogadiscio=A base for terrorists in Africa with extreme poverty.Half of the city are ruins of 30 years civil war
Pyongyang= most restricted city in the world.No liberties here.Having a cellphone could arrange a death penalty and watching porn to 10 years in state Gulags.
Caracas= The most criminal city in the world.Thx to Maduro's regime the food and the medicaments are very hard to find.Thousands of people are starving to death in Caracas every day.
San pedro Sula= The second most criminal city in the world and the HQ of Central American cartels.There is no law in the city.Everyday 20 people are found dead in the city.
Kabul= Constant civil war and terrorism are the problems which face the city.Lack of infrastucture is making worser the situation.
Goma= The capital of coltan mine is suffering of a constant attack of Rwanda Rebel Forces, extreme poverty, the biggest rape rate in the world and constant contraband.

You forgot Juarez and couple other cities. I vote Aleppo.
