No incentive to buy premium. Not everyone makes maps.

The major incentives to buy prem are general, map making, and more profile customization. Everyone would be interested in the profile customization, generals are very helpful but not necessary, and not everyone makes maps. There's no point in making the general free.

prem also has prem specific strats as far as i know (LB isnt a buy-able upgrade as far as i can see) if generals where added to the game for everyone prem would just act as a way to obtain more strats that could ultimately be the best strats or just ones that give you little perks like the view range to reveal a stealth is increased X2 or something that makes it easier to compete in games
