Scrolled through about 40 pages to make sure nobody else had asked this question. exhausted. weak. can't scroll anymore. question 1: generally what's the best way to ensure troop transport safety while crossing the ocean with a) air transports and b) naval transports? question 2: if bombers are escorting air transports are they guaranteed to take up enemy damage FIRST before my air transports and b) if likewise with destroyers escorting naval transports for example, are the destroyers guaranteed to soak up enemy damage FIRST before my naval transports? thanks to knowledgeable replies in advance.

You can move 1 trans out of stack and wall/protect this one since others won't be in danger (if transport has more troops in it than they can carry than troops are not considered transported and can defend in the middle of the ocean)and even if you fail to protect 1 it won't be a big lose(if you sent a big stack)
