There really needs to be more transparency to Moderator actions. There shouldnt be a simple demand to unban Tunder. But moderators need to reveal their actions to the public and their reasoning. Evidence should be presented.

Antagonizing mods in Forum never works. Discussing in private tends to lead to better negotiation. Regardless, I dislike the lack of public knowledge of moderator actions. Its bit me in the past where I have had to scrape and crawl to talk and it shouldnt be that way.

I dont see Tunder as a major issue in Atwar. There are players who are but they dont break official rules, they just prefer to ruin games over and over.

2. Cant really think of any crime besided doing serious damage to the game, admins, other players accounts, posting child pornography on the forum i dont know what to get a player perm banned ...rules about crimes and punishment should be written so mods cant freely give away punishement they chose

1. Agree

2. Rules are already determined and it is the discretion of mods to implement them how they see fit on case by case basis. agree permabans should be reserved for those who cross serious lines.

3.Agree muting is fine.

4. Don't really agree that a message should be given to trouble players, sometimes this sort of thing can be seen as a 'badge of honour' by perpetrators, point being they may then decide to live up to their tag, you actually end up causing more problems like this sometimes.

Also reasons for bans should not be public, only between moderators (which is probably the case) once again all this will do is cause more drama, bans should however be voted on by moderators. I don't know how it works but I would hope there is a common consensus amongst mods on how to deal with bans.

5. Again this is dangerous territory, is probably a quick fire way to flame wars and unnecessary posts to do this in public. See 4.

6. If you are consulting the admins on matters like this then really what is the point of mods in the first place? Just by status are they better placed to come to a reasonable conclusion on such matters?
