Hello guys, hopefully everybody is having a good day. I have a little problem with mod's behavior recently.

How is totally right for a mod to explain on whole public channel someone's case yet when asked for his behaviors in private chat decline with the "Mind your business" reply?

Also, how is that any new mod have the ability to disable someone from playing the game (ban)? This is a serious tool and shouldn't be used without any serious deal.

By the way, some people might think this type of actions should'be discussed in PM. Well, I did Pm'ed the mod in question. Yet he decide to ignore my message. I had the clear experience that going to another mod, as they suggest, never works and the other mod is probably going to tell you "Talk to him". This makes me think that mods probably doesn't trust on the players.

Rule #14 should'be removed. Mods who does bad actions should'be defame in public. Is either this, or answer our PMs. Maybe some mods doesn't know what the rest of their team do. If we cannot get order by a respectful relation, then at least let us inflict terror to those type of mods by defaming them in public.

I am sad to have this kind of though.


For sum up, we are having more activity among mods, good job I saw 6 online at the same moment. Too bad still only one in Asian time, but this will get fixed with the time I hope.

Personally, I just want this section of the rules and guidelines removed:

"There will always be areas that will be handled on a per incident basis by moderators. Even when not specified, staff has the sole right and final judgement of how to interpret and apply these Rules and Guidelines to any specific circumstance and situation, including proper punishment. The rules may, at any time, be applied or changed by any moderator or admin if they feel right."

Really, moderators? Really?
If it's allowed, it's bloody well allowed. If it isn't, it isn't. At least post a list of precedents that we can use as reference somewhere so that the player base doesn't get totally variable moderator decisions simply because that decision "feel right" to that particular moderator.

Suggest me another alternative then... I already say PM'ing that mod or other mod won't work. PM'ing Ivan seems like the best option, though I don't think it he have time for this type of stuff. I've Pm'ed him in other times but no reply...

Edit: Posting doesn't work as well, but at least the community can know what happened. Who knows? Maybe posting does work...

Well, here we go again... the only ones that can edit rules are the mods, they're the ones that judge as well and they are the ones that actually debate about these rules (we can only give ideas about editing some rules, no real power). It's like an absolute monarchy without distinction of powers. Therefor, a better solution I guess, would either be to have more participation from regular players (which can lead to bad decissions, depending on the people that participate) or divide the chores mods do (which should be more efficient yet more authoritarian). A couple of mods should urgently edit the rules so that they become updated, just my opinion, in order to make them as objective and fair as possible. Also, it should be notified when these rules change and what do they change. Some specifications should be made in them right away.

PD: Clovis, it's no wonder that mods don't take you seriously, you talk like a politician in the middle of your electoral campaign XD

The moment when they think they are bosses and ban for no reason and cant explain why.

@Updating the rules: A mod is going to start the standardization soon. All he need is motivation... lot of motivation. By the way, a guideline would'be great instead of a bored set of rules.

Yes, forum mods and chat mods like in Kongregate... Suggested it yet the main idea of that thread got dismissed pretty fast by Pulse (I think).

It wouldn't be like that, more like a separation like in real life: legislature, executive, judiciary. Though I'm not sure if that would actually work. If it's a stupid idea, just ignore me XD

Some mods would be in charge of gathering different ideas for rules. Others would be in charge of approving and writting them. And finally others would be in charge of judging players and imposing punishments. This way, new rules would reach easier to mods, would be discussed between them way faster and then, since only a couple of them would impose punishments, they would likely be more consistent / coherent.

Sir Clovis, why don't you just follow the rules? Mods usually leave you alone when you do.

I think it's very simple... let the mods do whatever they have to do... it really is not our business what they do. I think they were given position for a reason, ok?

how is it wrong? Waffel asked me in a gamechat why pavle was banned, i began to explain, waffel cut me off and went off on a rant on how mods should do this and mods should do that, i decided it wasnt worth continuing. Then you began mailing me determined to find something wrong with the decision. It is none of your buisness. Why dont you mail pavle? He'll gladly inform you that hes totally innocent and it is because i hate him and tito told me to do it.

Clovis, laochra didnt even tell anything to me.. I asked who pavle was mocking about in threads and laochra told it was about him. I asked why he was banned and like laochra said above, I cut him off before he could even say something. I dont know where you get this from? o_o?

I mean like, why do you make a thread about this when a mod doesnt give you private information? Like lol. And people calling me an attention whore... atleast most of my threads actually are about a real problem inside this game instead of those 5th remakes of some bullshitters around here.

Did you not read my post? "nothing will change" and you have proved me right again. You've wrote PMs to mods, you've tried PMing Ivan but you aren't getting any reply back. Call me a pessimist but creating threads like this you're only adding fuel to the fire, annoying them even further. Sorry mate but the truth hurts, sadly.

8 days? Wouldnt know, it was long time ago, like a year(summer or autumn 2014). It wasnt spam, just changing name to remove old ones from 2012 and 2013.
Tito was a roleplay name while i was in JNA because he was the leader in RL, but today fascist/nationalist croats and serbs hate him because of communism or something. I think thats why they repeat it, they like to point fingers and blame others.

Every second Latin American is called Tito, it isnt special rare name.
