We are not bound by that contract, it was changed without notifying us, and we where never asked to comply via an online signiture when it was updated.

In all fairness OP has a point, doesn't matter if he comes on and off every so often he still bought the game and has played it lots of times like the rest of us. It is the best thing for the community to sell the game or something equivalent. Take in mind i am fully aware that i have bought a broken, buggy and half finished game...That is what this game is. I was aware that their are only two people working on it however i was hoping that it would get better and so on but it looks like it never will.

The best thing for the community and for the people that have bought this product would be to sell this game/hand it over to someone else who has a bigger company and has more staff, that is also the most logical thing to do too.

Also when i bought this game i dont recall seeing anything like the link above as Durruti gave us. Now maybe im wrong maybe it was in there somewhere? idk i can't recall.
