I believe You should implement a change where you can select the host you are going to past down to.

Support. A lot of times you need to leave and when you pass the host (Especially when the game is being made) the host is a person who may troll the game such as starting when its not full. For more competitive games, like WWII, lower ranks cannot be large countries and at times the new host is indeed a low rank who does not kick other low ranks.

I find this strange. This is the main reason people play SP farmy maps like RP to become high rank and play more interesting countries. I myself prefer playing little countries because I enjoy it more.
But there are enough people who are low rank and could manage to play bigger countries, and would like to play bigger countries.
Those people dont get a chance to prove them self, or actually improve on it, and give it a try.

I agree with you on the part that there are some low ranks who are good and can play larger countries. However, from my experience, the vast majority of them do not know how to play as them and the game gets ruined.

They need to learn it once?
U want them to become rank 8's rank 7's and start playing it for the first time?
Because they will play the same as they were rank 4/5...
I see alot of rank 6/7's joining 3v3 for the first time and apologizing for their failures and suckishes.
They don't need to, they are still learning so later they will be what we are today.

If they play smaller nations they will learn the skills to play the larger nations. They can start to play larger nations when they hit rank 6 and 7 and work their way up.

And why not?
In 3v3's we dont tell rank 6/7's to join as austria or poland or serbia or sweden, anything but the 8reinf capital countries.
They start with a big country. Let them play whatever they want, who are you to decide what should play what? Maybe he isnt in the mood of playing that country and prefers a bigger one?
Who knows? Not you, not me.
