Why north canada and greland block in the The main map !!!

Territories that have no cities are not included in the gameplay.

Apparently the makers of this game have decided that no city in Northern Canada or Greenland was large enough to be worth putting in the map.

but I think it unblock in extra cities

There is Greenland when you play with extra cities option ...probably North canada too, not sure.

I think Yellowknife is the capital of north canada.
