Users who insult in the chat

I have a question. When a user insult, i must report it to the moderators, or just block him?

I question this, because I had a bad experience with a troll of level 8 yesterday.

It is the first time something like that happened to me on this site. I think this community usually very nice.

Preferably block (add to ignore list) him. It's an easy way to get rid of theses players and requires no mod to attend the request.

Report to mods any harassment that can't be solved by 'blocking' the player.
