Only strategy available is none?

I got a weird bug after the server crash that only gives me "none" as available strategies in-game. I didn't disable strategies or anything, I even tried to remake game and I still got that glitch

It seems to be the same with upgrades too

Well,this must be chess' work.He wants us to play with his strat.
