No it isn't... Who said territories must be connected? Warsaw region(Congress Poland) will be simply attached to Kalinigrad Oblast.

Because Warsaw > slavic and to avenge occupation of Moscow in 1600 and endless Polish invasions on Russia until Germany and Russia divided Poland and brought peace to Europe for 100 years.

Offtopic here but i just remembered something my father told me once: Berlin wall should never be built, East Germans should've have right to leave Berlin and other cities, so Stalin could offer their appartments, homes to Russians, so after 40 years when USSR collapse, East Germany would have 0 Germans and 5 million Russians and would become part of Russian Federation. Russians in the heart of Europe.

What you think about this, would NATO freak out today if this was the case? Would mainstream media spread histeria around this issue like around Russian aggression on Baltic?

I could only imagine western news 2016: 'Russia build up troops near Danish and Netherland border, NATO strategy Operation Resolve is under way, sending 500 strong infantry with 20 bradley fighting vehicles and 1 state-of-the-art bazooka, to deter Russian aggression'.
