How do I get rid of Heat Check?

I blocked him and I blocked Eagle, but those 2 nerds still are able to message me.
For example,

They are not able to message you in privet chat but in public chat you will see their messages.

Heat check cannot be gotten rid of, simple.

Delete your account, thatll fix it.

Piss them off enough so they ignore you instead. Maybe not heat check though cause hes the only one who actually accepts reports and looks into them. Eagle on the other hand is a fucking wasteman
