Scrubbing Error lost games

Is it possable to scrub off games ( lost ) due to error codes blocking access/turn taking ?
was playing couldn't get access for many turns,
did so message = kicked,
profile = surrendered ( same game ) !

Regular games can't be scrubbed... it is possible in duels if all the criteria are met, with both players agreeing.

any idea y the different messages(kicked/surrendered?

Kicked is when after 3 turns of inactivity, the host actively kicks you from the game.

Understand "kicked",
do not understand both kicked & surrendered equating the same game.
or do i misunderstand,does kicked when entering game become surrendered when game over?
i did get some sp from said game.
