Unit chart when not in-game

My suggestion is simple:

Able to see the unit chart when you are not in a game, so you can see the bonusses one strategy gives that you have already bought without having to host a game against yourself.

I´d like that. More numbers and lists and stuff. Half the fun of a strategy game is brooding on what strategy to use.
