Max Sessions

Increase max sessions to 10, because when I open the "Maps" tab, it functions as though I have more than 4 sessions open when I only have 3, and I shouldn't have to clear my cookies every time I want to make a map. If we increase max sessions to 10, then this wouldn't happen as often since most people have no more than 3 sessions open anyway
