It appears so. I myself play only AW and games on Steam for the most part.(Total War Series in particular)

Total war series brofirst, which one

Empire Total War is my favorite. I also have Medieval Total War, Medieval Total War Kingdoms, and Rome Total War. I want to get Napoleon and the new Rome 2 when it comes out.

I enjoy EU3 more than any TW game. Way more detailed, the diplomacy is unmatched and more than 1000 countries. Also the battle system in Rome Total War really embarrassed me as a military general xD R.I.P Childhood dream of being a Roman Warlord.

The battle system in Rome Total War was not the best, but the Total War series has come a long way since Rome Total War came out, and I expect the battle system in the second one to be leaps and bounds better than the original.

What I mean't by my comment was that I sucked at RTW completely and I had to put my dreams of being a general in the trash I have no problems with RTW battles in general.

Ah, those glorious times when playing the original Medieval TW as a 13 year old.
Was addicted hard to Rome TW too, first single and then multiplayer. But I fear my computer is far too old for the second one, so I'll stick to EU3/the other Paradox games.
