Can someone help me out? I tried to set it up on Kubuntu, and I am very tech savvy but it comes up with an error on both firefox and chromium. I installed it through terminal, and then through package manager also. Can you give me step-by-step? Thanks!

Right... looks like I was too quick on that message!

I can't see to get the game running (though the plugin does successfully install and is recognised by the browser). I'll contact the developers directly for help.

Until then, I suggest you link to this page instead of the Launchpad repo, Ivan, as it contains instructions on how to get it working.

Edit:
Ah, looks like KDE (!) and some other WMs/DEs have a problem with this crafty plugin. Luckily, a commit has recently been made and it will be added to the *buntu package sooon

Edit 2:
IT WORKS!

I found a workaround here:
https://answers.launchpad.net/pipelight/+faq/2359

It requires AW to be launched in a separate window but I'm not even mad bro.

I highly suggest this is put up on the news post by Ivan. KDE and several other popular Desktop Environments suffer from this issue as it stands, so it would be nice to point them in the right direction.

Edit 3:
This is very minor, but AltGr keys (I use a custom keyboard layout that lets me insert cool characters easily) do not seem to be working. I wonder if this is an AW issue?

Also, this is definitely not an AW issue but a Pipelight issue... buttons look very blurry. Still legible, but it could be better.

Edit 4:
Oh, it looks just fine when you go fullscreen. I'm guessing it is because it's not embedded in the page. All will be fine eventually. This is the best thing to touch my browser for a while.

I'm using it and there are only 2 things that must me repaired:

1.adobe crashes always when you press f5 to reconnect
2.move out units from a transport or a city is a hard task because some commands are not recognized

Man what you said made no sense, lol.
And it is not adobe. It is "adobe flast player", just a player for flash (swf).
And it is not Flash what they use. It's Silverlight. Only the homepage uses flash for slides.

On my laggy laptop (old one) that has ubuntu, the plugin does not load. Try doing Ctrl + R instead. Btw, you're using Pipelight right? You need pipelight and UA Control or something like that.

Wierd it works fine for me. Be sure to follow the steps on the pipeline website to activate silverlight and such

Also, the hover thing to select units doesnt work on linux, very subtle bump on that
